Soup Station

Pasta fagioli and cream of artichoke soups, ciabatta bread, scallions and grated parmesan cheese

Risotto & Polenta station

Creamy risotto and polenta with assorted toppings: sautéed onions, mushrooms, tomato, fresh herbs, cheese etc.

Garden Salad station

Seasonal greens, fresh herbs, grape tomato, cucumber, cranberries, brown rice and faro salad, croutons, parmesan cheese, artichoke relish, assorted dressings, and warm bread.

Caesar Salad station

Romaine lettuce, fresh herbs, grape tomato, croutons, parmesan cheese, dressings, and warm bread.

Chef Attended Pasta Station

Penne rigate and campanelle with marinara, alfredo and garlic broth sauce options. Includes a variety of toppings including, mushroom, diced tomato, garlic, spinach, bell peppers, artichoke, parmesan, basil pesto, green onion and olives served with warm focaccia bread.

Slider Station

To come with slider rolls and appropriate condiments.

Pastry Tower

A multi-tiered display of miniature petit-fours, chocolate covered strawberries, dessert bars, napoleons and Italian cookies.

Flambé Station

A selection of cherries, strawberries, bananas, pineapple and peaches flambéed to order by one of our chefs
with brandy, kirsch, rum, white & dark balsamic syrup and spices.

Ice Cream Bar

Choice of three available ice cream flavors scooped for your guests by our staff and an array of fresh fruits, nuts, candies and toppings.
